Jim founded Beardon Services in 1986, after graduating from OSU with a Computer Science Degree. Jim founded the company as an opportunity to help others that God puts him in contact with. Jim wears many hats, providing xTuple customization and implementation, developing software as needed, and providing owner level management regarding projects and business strategy. Outside of owning Beardon, Jim plays softball, is a Pastor, enjoys researching and learning about new technologies, follows OSU sports and spends time with his family.
Director of Development
In 2005, Aaron Bean (previously with Lucent Technologies) began heading the development team. Aaron quickly made a name for himself leading a series of successful projects; including the design of a client database application for OSU Fire Service Training that runs their day-to-day operations, creating a website that runs student registration, and an E-learning solution platform for IFSTA/FPP.
Director of Administrative Services
Daniel joined Beardon in June of 2014 as an accountant. In December of 2015, he assumed the role of Director of Administrative Services, due to his great work ethic and leadership skills. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being active, spending as much time as he can outside, and sharing God’s love with anyone he comes in contact with.
Chase is a web developer who joined Beardon in 2017. He maintains Juvo Framework as well as a contributes to several of Beardon’s web applications. Chase went to Oklahoma State University, earning a degree in Computer Engineering and later an MS degree in Mathematics. His hobbies include playing piano, spending too much time playing video games on excessive difficulty settings, and learning new things.
Junior Web Developer
Erik joined Beardon in November 2017 to further enhance his web development skills and become an even better developer. Currently, he works on maintaining and debugging projects as well as helping develop new features for clients. In his spare time, Erik enjoys writing and recording music and plays several instruments including guitar, drums and piano. He also enjoys playing video games and browsing memes on the internet.
Junior Web Developer
Glen joined Beardon in 2018 as a junior web developer after receiving his master’s in Computer Science. He’s currently responsible for creating and maintaining websites for clients using WordPress. In his spare time, Glen enjoys playing video games and writes for a Nintendo blog at TwoButtonCrew.com. He also enjoys martial arts, cooking, and drawing.
Jaelyn is an OSU alumna with a degree in Strategic Communications. She came to the Juvo Web team in 2017 as an intern and became full-time staff after graduation in 2018.
Jaelyn has experience with web development, Adobe software, photography, video editing and production, writing, editing, internal and external corporate communications, campaign planning, marketing, and more.
When she isn’t at Juvo Web, Jaelyn spends her time at the gym, traveling, or at Life.Church where she oversees the Tech Team.
Client Relations Manager
In 2015, Jane Cundiff, previously Director of Member Relations at the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce for a little over a year, is now our Client Relations Manager at Juvo Web. Juvo Web is Beardon’s recently purchased Digital Media company. Jane oversees all relations made internally and externally with our existing and potential website clients. She also manages marketing, recruiting and retention efforts to ensure our clients are satisfied and always feeling loved on. Michael Howell is currently an onsite consultant for OSU Fire Protection Publications, administering network, VMware environment, various databases, mixed Windows and Linux servers, as well as custom application programming. His IT experience encompasses retail, education and foodservice sectors. He earned his BS in Computer Science in 2000 from Oklahoma State University.
Michael lives with his wife and children in Cushing, Oklahoma, where Michael enjoys singing in the church choir and tinkering at his work bench.
Max joined Beardon in January of 2016 because he wanted to acquire the skills and experience that would make him more competitive in the tech industry. He currently works with our SparkBits team, doing graphic design and web development. His hobbies include playing video games and building computers. He also enjoys searching the internet for dank memes.
Rosa comes from Indonesia. Although her background is in graphic design, she attended OSU to get her master’s degree in International Business.
Rosa started her at Juvo as a graphic design intern in 2014. In 2017, she became a part of the Beardon team. Rosa is responsible for web and graphic design. One thing that Rosa loves about her job is helping clients to improve their business through with impactful design solutions.
Rosa is passionate about creating beautiful things and empowering others to know their own strength. In her free time, she loves photography, leisure travel and quality time with her baby and husband. Rosa believes there is truth in the quote, “There are so many beautiful reasons to be happy.”
Sara joined the Beardon Team in 2017. As project manager, Sara is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation and execution of projects for Beardon and Juvo Web. She enjoys problem solving, critical thinking and relationship building to provide solutions for our clients, as well as direction and support to the Beardon/Juvo team.
Sara has two sons and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading and cheering on the OSU Cowboys!
