The International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) is a non-profit, member-driven organization established to advance ground source heat pump technology. Using software developed for OSU Fire Service Training (OFST) as a baseline, we developed a full-featured training, membership and conference tracking package, drawing together information that had been traditionally kept in several different systems. This custom-designed software was written in Delphi, and could generate a number of reports that IGSHPA needed on a day-to-day basis. The system allowed their website to draw information about the training from behind-the-scenes to power their online registration system.
